"Little creatures zooplankton and aquaculture's" Dioithona Rigida Copepods are a harpacticoid copepod, meaning they are bottom dwellers. This species of copepod is very popular in fish hatcheries because they are hardy, easily cultured and reproduce prolifically, with a single female producing up to 400 eggs per lay.
All purchases of copepods will contain thousands of healthy copepods, including all there stages of growth, from tiny microscopic (pelagic) nepali through to the bethinic adult Copepods.
